Job summary

Citi in Warsaw is seeking a Corporate Actions Analyst to join the Global Corporate Actions Team. You will source, validate and process corporate actions events from Citi systems and external data vendors to deliver a reliable golden record for institutional clients.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 1–2 years of experience, knowledge of Equity, Fixed Income and Asset-Backed securities, plus strong English and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of Equity, Fixed Income and Asset-Backed securities.
• Strong English communication and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Process corporate actions coverage within EMEA hours (9 a.m.–5 p.m.).
• Create and maintain corporate actions golden record at security and fund levels.
• Process transactions into reference data system and review client elections.
• Collaborate with internal/external clients and cross-team to ensure accurate data delivery.
• Perform controls and prepare summaries/reports; contribute to process improvements.
