Responsibilities

• Manage reconciling and processing positions related to corporate action events.
• Review communications and postings for corporate actions or proxy events.
• Perform routine operational tasks and resolve problems with defined procedures.
• Support data analysis and process improvement initiatives where applicable.
• Escalate issues promptly and adhere to risk and control policies.
