HERE Technologies in Kraków is seeking a Lead AI Value Analyst to ensure AI investments deliver measurable business outcomes. You will collaborate with Finance, product owners, and the AI CoE to develop, evaluate, and track AI use case value.

The role blends business analysis, financial modeling, and data-driven decision making to prioritize AI opportunities with the greatest impact, documenting value assumptions and reporting realized benefits to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in business/financial analysis, consulting, operations, PMO, or value realization.
• Proven ability to develop and defend business cases and cost-benefit analyses.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools; capable of building financial models.

Responsabilités

• Support creation and maintenance of business cases for AI/automation initiatives.
• Quantify benefits such as productivity gains, cost avoidance, revenue impact and risk mitigation.
• Apply ROI frameworks to evaluate AI use cases.
• Prioritize opportunities based on strategic value, feasibility and effort.
• Track realisation of benefits against original business case commitments.
• Prepare dashboards, scorecards, and leadership-ready presentations.
