Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst / Product Analyst / Project Manager in digital or IT transformation programs.
• 2+ years experience with AI/analytics/automation initiatives.
• Experience coordinating governance reviews in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Own structured intake of AI ideas and clarify their context.
• Translate business needs into AI use cases and define benefits.
• Elicit and document functional/non-functional requirements.
• Coordinate reviews with Security, Legal, and Privacy teams.
• Support AI Engineering with testing and release readiness.
