Job summary

You will architect AI-powered apps with autonomous agents, integrate LLMs, and embed AI across the SDLC. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and help define standards for reusable AI patterns while working in a hybrid setup with offices in Kraków, Wrocław, or Gdańsk.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering with a focus on AI-powered systems.
• Hands-on experience in AI agents development or LLM integration.
• Proficiency in Python for prototyping and scripting.
• Strong prompt engineering skills for reliable production behavior.
• Experience with cloud AI workloads (AWS/GCP).
• Ability to design scalable AI-native architectures.
• Excellent English communication in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop AI-native applications with agents and LLM components.
• Design multi-agent systems with autonomous reasoning, planning, and execution.
• Integrate LLMs into production environments with reliability and observability.
• Embed AI across the SDLC from design to deployment automation.
• Develop orchestration for agent communication and context management.
• Iterate on prompt strategies to ensure high-quality outputs.
• Benchmark models and agent platforms to guide technology choices.
• Create guardrails and evaluation mechanisms for AI safety and alignment.
• Collaborate with product managers and data engineers to deliver AI solutions.
• Mentor engineers on agent design patterns and AI-first thinking.
