Job summary

ANIXE in Wroclaw seeks an experienced Agile Coach/Scrum Master to enable agility across the organization. You will support teams and leaders in applying Agile principles, fostering self-organization, and continuous improvement to deliver value.

You will combine hands-on Scrum Master support with coaching, education, and change initiatives to shape a sustainable Agile culture and an environment for efficient delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master or similar delivery role.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and software delivery lifecycle.
• Background in product development, operations, or tech-enabled environments is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and facilitation skills with the ability to translate data into actions.
• Familiarity with scaling approaches (e.g., Scrum@Scale, LeSS, SAFe) is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile Transformation and Organizational Development initiatives.
• Coach Agile principles, practices and mindsets across teams.
• Facilitate Scrum events to ensure they are effective and time-boxed.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to refine backlog and outcomes.
• Foster psychological safety and open communication for continual improvement.
• Identify delivery risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies with stakeholders.
