Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) is seeking an ADX Solutions Analyst based in Kraków to support delivery of the ADX investment program. The role involves translating business needs into scalable solutions, documenting requirements, and coordinating with global teams across product, technology, and client service.

The successful candidate will help drive adoption, support testing, and contribute to BBH's data strategy for Alternatives, while ensuring processes are efficient and controlled.

Qualifications

• Experience with alternative investment fund servicing or related field.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and SDLC delivery frameworks.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with geographically dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of the roadmap for BBH's expanding ADX investment program and deliver initiatives.
• Support growing user community and production support needs.
• Gather business requirements, document current/future processes, and support solution design.
• Assist with acceptance testing, defect triage, and release readiness.
• Support onboarding, training, and adoption for internal/external users of ADX capabilities.
• Advocate for tech-enabled process improvement to streamline workflow and reduce risk.
• Identify and address product/service gaps and deficiencies with recommendations.
• Contribute to BBH's enterprise data strategy, focusing on Alternatives data and workflows.
• Track open items, decisions, risks, and dependencies across initiatives.
