Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking an experienced Indirect Project Procurement Specialist for an HVDC project to join our Regional Project Procurement & Logistics Team. The PPS will interface between suppliers and the project team, ensure delivery per contract, and coordinate activities across engineering, procurement, and quality.

You will lead kick-off meetings, drive expediting, monitor progress, and manage documentation like ITPs, FATs, and SATs, while ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with

Qualifications

• Experience in Project Procurement / Sourcing & Buying Management.
• Bachelor / Master’s degree from an accredited university.
• Experience in Project / Contract / Engineering Management is an advantage.
• Engineering Background (Electrical / Power Engineering) is an advantage.
• Understanding of legal/contractual aspects of an EPC contract.
• Languages: fluent in written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of local language in the country of employment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate stakeholders to ensure on-time deliverables (engineering docs, POs, ITP, FAT/SAT).
• Apply contract T&Cs to subcontractors/back-to-back conditions.
• Initiate and lead Kick Off Meetings for Expediting.
• Drive progress reviews and ensure supplier progress reports.
• Support engineering & quality for expediting and document approvals to meet OTD.
• Expedite suppliers to meet project on-time deliveries.
• Perform supplier visits and verifications at manufacturers and suppliers.
