Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a start-up specialist to integrate the HUGO RAS-system into hospitals across Poland. You will work with surgical teams to establish new robotic surgery programs or migrate from other platforms, ensuring successful implementation.

Requirements include a minimum Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or Nursing, fluency in Polish and English, and willingness to travel nationwide (>75%). A Master's degree is preferred, with 2+ years of OR and surgical experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Polish and English; additional languages a plus.
• Willingness to travel throughout Poland (>75%).
• Demonstrable experience of 2+ years, including OR and surgery procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead successful integration of the HUGO RAS-system into hospitals or expand existing robotic programs.
• Develop surgeon training plans and coordinate attendance at off-site training; arrange for proctored cases as needed.
• Create staff training plans and support staff through learning curves.
• Support technology adoption by attending cases during learning sessions.
• Use change management techniques to engage clinical stakeholders and gain buy-in.
• Coach hospital staff to promote skill transfer and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with Medtronic field service engineers to prepare the OR for the HUGO RAS-system.
