Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or related field.
• Fluent in Polish and English.
• Willingness to travel across Poland (>75%).
• 2+ years of experience, with operating room and surgery procedures knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead successful integration of the HUGO RAS system into hospitals.
• Expand current robotic surgery programs or migrate from other platforms.
• Meet with stakeholders to define program goals and metrics.
• Develop surgeon training and coordinate attendance at off-site training.
• Support staff learning curve and promote operational excellence.
