Jacobs is seeking an HSE Specialist to coordinate the BeyondZero program in Poland and align with the corporate H&S network. You will support safety training, regulatory compliance, and well-being initiatives while engaging with project teams.

The role requires 2–5 years of OHS experience, strong English and Polish, and willingness to travel to project sites. Based primarily in Krakow, with hybrid office options and domestic travel.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree or engineering degree in Occupational Health and Safety (or higher plus postgraduate studies)
• 2–5 years of experience in OHS management
• Strong knowledge of OHS regulatory requirements
• Excellent written/spoken Polish and English
• Ability to train others and deliver safety topics to diverse audiences
• Willingness to travel to project sites across Poland

Aufgaben

• Coordinate the BeyondZero program in Poland and interface with the corporate H&S program
• Lead safety training programs for Poland and deliver safety-oriented learning
• Conduct safety inspections and incident investigations
• Support wellbeing initiatives, mental health programs, and safety culture projects
• Collaborate with managers, engineers, and contractors to manage safety risks
• Travel to various project sites and locations across Poland
