Job summary

Jacobs Engineering Group in Kraków, Poland, is seeking an HSE Specialist to coordinate the BeyondZero program and support the Global Design Centre in safety in design. The role reports to the Poland HSE Manager and interfaces with corporate H&S across Poland.

You will deliver the HSE training program, conduct office and site safety inspections, investigate incidents, and advise managers on compliance. Some travel within Poland is required; the position offers hybrid work with flexible start

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or engineering degree in OHS.
• Postgraduate studies in OHS are a plus.
• Fluent English (min. B2) and Polish required.
• 2–5 years of experience in OHS management.

Responsibilities

• Perform OHS services per local regulations and company standards.
• Investigate incidents and share lessons learned.
• Deliver HSE training program for Poland.
• Advise managers on compliance monitoring and risk mitigation.
• Conduct regular office/site safety inspections.
• Support emergency preparedness and wellbeing initiatives.
• Promote Beyond Zero culture and safety training.
