PwC Polska in Kraków is seeking an experienced HR Transformation Manager to lead and shape HR operating models across client projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, design strategic HR models, and drive business transformations with a data-driven approach.

You will apply AI-enabled HR transformation, analyze HR data, and develop compelling proposals. Travel within Europe may be required as part of client engagements.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in leading HR operating model setups or HR transformation projects.
• Experience in HR SSC set up.
• Strong functional HR experience coupled with a proven track record in consulting.
• Exceptional analytical skills with extensive experience in interpreting and utilizing HR data.
• Exposure to IT and Finance is a plus, although not a primary requirement.
• Ability to lead, adapt, and take ownership of complex tasks and problem-solving.
• Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience applying generative AI, intelligent automation or analytics in HR transformation.

• Lead GBS HR Transformation initiatives by assessing current HR operating models, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing HR SSC.

• Oversee the complete HR Transformation journey, from designing strategic HR operating models to executing comprehensive business transformations.
• Help clients assess opportunities to apply AI-enabled HR transformation.
• Analyze complex HR data to deliver actionable insights and recommend bespoke solutions to clients.
• Lead projects and workstreams beyond HR when business needs require it, applying consulting and transformation experience across areas such as Finance, Procurement or Technology.
• Develop and deliver compelling proposals that address clients’ business needs.

Your future role:

• Experience or practical exposure to applying generative AI, intelligent automation or analytics in HR transformation, including identifying relevant use cases and translating them into practical business solutions.
• Fluency in English and a readiness to travel within Europe and occasionally globally.

• In-depth experience and expertise in transition methodologies.
• Proven experience in leading consulting projects, process optimization, and managing business transformations.
• Strong Project Management skills with a successful history of delivering complex projects.
