PwC's GBS Consulting team in Kraków is seeking a Senior HR Transformation Consultant to drive HR operating model assessments and transformations across client teams. You will analyze HR data, shape operating models, and contribute to proposals while collaborating with colleagues to deliver value.

You'll work on diverse HR projects, apply Excel and PowerPoint expertise, travel across Europe, and grow through ongoing training and certifications offered by PwC.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in HR operating model setup or transformation.
• Experience in HR SSC setup and HR consulting.
• Strong ability to analyze HR data and draw insights.
• Knowledge of cross-functional processes is a plus.
• Proactive, ownership-driven, and deadline-focused.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

We provide comprehensive support to major corporations: from the creation of operational models and analysis of locations, through organisational transformation and process optimisation, to the assessment of the maturity of existing centres and coaching programmes.

We are looking for:

Senior HR Transformation Consultant

Your future role:

• Contribute to HR Transformation projects by evaluating existing HR operating models and identifying opportunities for enhancement, as well as implementing innovative solutions,
• Collaborate with internal and client teams to transform HR operations, building a robust platform for client success,
• Provide end-to-end support in HR Transformation journeys, from designing the HR operating model to executing large-scale business transformations,
• Collect and analyze comprehensive HR data to present insights to clients and select tailored solutions,
• Play a key role in crafting compelling proposals to guide clients in their HR transformation and strategy execution,
• Engage in continual personal development through diverse projects and a variety of training and courses.

Apply if you have:

• 4+ years of professional experience in HR operating model setup or transformation,
• Experience in HR SSC set up,
• Functional HR experience with proven consulting expertise,
• Strong analytical skills and experience in analyzing and interpreting various HR data sets,
• Exposure to additional functions like procurement, supply chain, FP&A, IT is a plus, but not a primary requirement,
• The ability to adapt, take initiative, and demonstrate ownership in managing tasks and solving problems,
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines under pressure,
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint as evidence of consulting proficiency,
• You demonstrate knowledge of new technologies and AI-based tools in your daily work (e.g. task automation, information analysis, content creation,
• Fluency in English and a willingness to travel within Europe and potentially globally.

Nice to have:

• Experience and knowledge in transition methodologies,
• Expertise in consulting projects, process optimization, and business transformation,
• Experience in Project Management with a successful track record of delivering projects,
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau.
