Job summary

HeadHR w Łodzi poszukuje studenta 3–5 roku lub absolwenta BA/MA, który dołączy do zespołu HR na 9-miesięczne traineeship. Będziesz pracować nad projektami z zakresu learning & development, zaangażowania, retencji oraz analityki HR i wspierać procesy rekrutacyjne.

Qualifications

• Kandydat student 3–5 rok studiów lub świeży absolwent BA/MA
• Dobra znajomość języka angielskiego
• Dobre umiejętności komunikacyjne i współpracy zespołowej

Responsibilities

• Praca nad projektami HR w obszarach learning & development, zaangażowania, retencji i analityki HR
• Prowadzenie samodzielnych projektów HR we współpracy z liderami na poziomie lokalnej produkcji w Łodzi
• Wsparcie procesów rekrutacyjnych w dziale HR i budowanie employer brand
• Rozwój poprzez szkolenia, feedback i mentoring przekazywany przez przełożonego i zespół

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Work with HR Business Partners and Business leaders on HR projects around learning & development, engagement, retention and HR data analytics.
• Run independently truly meaningful HR projects, cooperating with leaders across all levels of Lodz manufacturing site.
• Support recruitment processes within the HR department, driving talent attraction through employer branding campaigns, partnerships with schools and universities, and coordinating recruitment activities.
• Develop yourself via leadership, feedback, on-the-job and classroom trainings, coaching, and mentoring provided by your manager and colleagues.

Kogo poszukujemy?

• Student of 3rd, 4th or 5th year or fresh alumni of BA or MA studies.
• Proficient in Polish and advanced in English.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and social skills.
• Solution-oriented with ability to translate ideas into action.
• Initial HR experience (student organizations, internships) or strong interest in HR.
• Creative and open to new ideas.
