Job summary

Procter & Gamble is offering a 3-month Traineeship in Warsaw within the HR Department, with a view to possibly joining as HR Manager upon successful completion. The role features hybrid work with up to 2 days from home and at least 3 days in the Targowek office in Warsaw, plus strong development opportunities and a competitive benefits package.

Job Qualifications

• A 3rd, 4th, or 5th-year university student, or a recent graduate from any field of study.
• Fluent in English and Polish languages
• Skilled in leadership, communication, collaboration, problem-solving and analytics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Office 365.
• Strategically oriented, yet able to take an operational approach when working within diverse organizations and teams.
• Ready to work from office 3 days a week in Targowek, Warsaw.
• Initial relevant experience related (e.g., gained through student organizations, volunteer work, or internships) is a plus.
