Job summary

Marsh Corporate in Warsaw is seeking an HR Payroll and Operations Specialist with Dutch to join the Belgium & The Netherlands Team. You will maintain HR data, support payroll processes, and respond to client inquiries.

We expect very good Dutch (B2/C1) and good English (B1/B2), plus proficiency in MS Office. Experience with Workday and ServiceNow is a plus; flexible hours and home office options are offered.

We will count on you to:

• Maintain and update internal database and HR systems (absence management system, employee data integration, uploading employee’s documentation)
• Payroll HR Knowledge
• Cooperate with Dutch-speaking clients
• Prepare and quality check of HR and payroll documents to the client or third parties
• Answer general inquiries and specific HR questions
• Support Workday users

What you need to have:

• Very good Dutch (B2/C1) and good English (B1/B2)
• Detailed oriented
• Good command of MS Office
• Strong analytical and very good organizational skills, close attention to detail
• "Client-focus" and proactive approach
