Job summary

Marsh is seeking a Junior HR Payroll and Operations Specialist with Dutch to join the Belgium & The Netherlands Team, supporting Netherlands markets from Warsaw. You will maintain HR systems, assist payroll processes, and collaborate with Dutch-speaking clients in a dynamic, people-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Very good Dutch (B2/C1) and good English (B1/B2).
• Detail-oriented.
• Good command of MS Office.
• Strong analytical and very good organizational skills, close attention to detail.
• Client-focused and proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update internal database and HR systems (absence management system, employee data integration, uploading employee’s documentation).
• Be willing to gain or develop payroll HR knowledge.
• Cooperate with Dutch-speaking clients.
• Prepare and quality check of HR and payroll documents to the client or third parties.
• Answer general inquiries and specific HR questions.
• Support Workday users.
