Job summary

Capgemini Polska is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to support the delivery of high-quality HR services across the employee lifecycle. You will collaborate with employees, managers, and HR teams to ensure smooth operations, accurate data, and an excellent employee experience in an international environment.

The role requires at least 2 years in HR Administration or HR Operations, advanced German (C1) and good English (B2), and experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Administration/HR Operations/Employee Lifecycle Management/Shared Services, or a similar HR environment.
• Advanced German (C1) and good English (B2) language skills.
• Experience working with HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or other HR platforms.

Responsibilities

• Execute HR operational processes across the employee lifecycle in line with established procedures and SLAs.
• Manage HR cases and administrative transactions using HR systems and case management tools.
• Maintain accurate employee data, documentation, and process records.
• Investigate and resolve process-related cases, escalating complex issues when needed.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth HR operations.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying process optimization opportunities.
• Maintain and update process documentation and knowledge resources.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, onboarding, and cross-training within the team.
