Job summary

Hitachi Energy Services SP. Z O.O. seeks an HR Specialist to support HR services across multiple European countries. You will manage employee data, onboarding, payroll-related processes and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring data quality and timely responses to stakeholders.

We expect 2+ years in HR operations, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with HR systems (Workday, SAP, ServiceNow). Excellent English communication and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in HR Operations, HR Administration or Payroll within an international environment.
• Experience handling employee data and HR processes across multiple countries.
• Strong communication skills and English proficiency for international stakeholders.
• Proactive, organized, and capable of working independently with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR service support to HR community, managers and employees across European countries.
• Manage employment documentation and data through the lifecycle from hire to retire.
• Address inquiries on onboarding, changes, absence, salary and HR topics.
• Maintain up-to-date HR systems and accurate payroll data.
