Wella Company in Warsaw is seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to gain hands-on experience within our international People Team during a six-month internship. The role provides practical exposure to HR operations, documentation, onboarding, and immigration coordination in a hybrid setup.
You will work closely with the Senior People Business Partner, supporting day-to-day tasks, managing documentation, assisting onboarding, and coordinating with IT and hiring managers on onboarding activities.

We are looking for a proactive and curious HR Intern who enjoys taking initiative, learning by doing and getting involved wherever support is needed. Over the course of this six-month internship, you’ll gain hands-on HR experience and become a trusted member of our team.
This role would be a great fit for someone who enjoys asking questions, sharing ideas and looking for ways to support the team.
This is an opportunity to gain meaningful HR experience and become genuinely involved in the work of an international People Team.
You can expect:
We work in a hybrid model, with a minimum of two days per week in our Warsaw office. Thursdays are our shared office day, when the team comes together to collaborate and catch up.
