Job summary

Procter & Gamble in Łódź is seeking a Process Engineer to take ownership of production processes from day one, ensuring reliability, quality and safety while mentoring teammates. You will drive improvements and lead initiatives across the Gillette Plant.

Recent graduates or those within two years of graduation from a technical university will be considered, with fluency in Polish and English and a demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate in teams.

Qualifications

• Experience eliminating losses in production or other processes is a plus.
• Fluent in Polish and proficient in English.

Job Qualifications

• Are you a recent graduate or within two years of graduation from a Technical University in fields such as Mechanics, Mechatronics, Automation and Robotics, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Production Engineering, or related disciplines?
• Do you have experience in eliminating losses in production or other processes?
• Are you fluent in Polish and proficient in English?
• Do you possess strong leadership skills and excel in teamwork and analytical thinking?
• Are you open to learning, demonstrate initiative, and show flexibility in your work approach?
