Job summary

Procter & Gamble is offering a 6-month internship at our Łódź Plant, starting Oct–Dec 2026. You will work full‑time as a Finance Leader and Business Partner, shaping decisions and learning from top experts in a dynamic environment.

You will develop a deep understanding of business dynamics, analyze data, and apply financial expertise while exploring opportunities for a future managerial role in Warsaw.

Qualifications

• Pursuing 3rd-5th year in any faculty or recently graduated with Finance interest.
• Fluent in Polish and proficient in English.
• Strong leadership and strategic analytical thinking, with collaboration across teams.
• Excellent time management to achieve ambitious goals.

• Work Schedule: 80-100% (typically 4 days a week at our Łódź Plant)

• Locations: Łódź to start in October-December 2026

• Duration: 6 months (with the opportunity to get a managerial position in Warsaw upon successful completion of the program)

As a participant in our program, you will:

• Act as a Finance Leader and Business Partner: Provide finance leadership in business decisions and external interactions (sales/production engineering) that directly influence the direction of our business.

• Become a Problem Solver: Develop a deep understanding of business and market dynamics, analyze data, identify key insights, and offer financial expertise.

• Embrace Risk: Take ownership of significant projects from Day 1, transforming and streamlining both local and regional operations.

• Are you a 3rd, 4th, or 5th-year student from any faculty or a recent graduate with an interest in Finance?

• Are you fluent in Polish?
