Job summary

Axpo Polska is offering an internship in HR data analysis. You will support data-driven HR projects, collect and analyze metrics, and create dashboards for HR programs.

The role involves coordinating trainings, assisting with communications, and maintaining HR documentation in a collaborative, international setting. Fluency in English and Polish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support HR projects across data analysis, communication and learning initiatives.

What you will do

• Support HR projects across data analysis, communication, and learning initiatives
• Collect, organize, and analyze HR data such as headcount, engagement, and turnover metrics
• Create dashboards, presentations, and visual materials for HR programs and campaigns
• Assist with internal HR communications, employee updates, and policy‑related information
• Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and learning activities
• Maintain HR documentation and support compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards

Who you are and what you bring

• You are currently studying or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Business, or a related field
• Interest in developing your career in HR or people‑related topics
• Experience with MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a collaborative mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a structured way
• Ideally, you enjoy working in an international environment and are fluent in both English and Polish
