Job summary

Grass Valley is seeking a Japanese-speaking HR Generalist based in Cracow, Poland, to contribute to HR initiatives and deliver services to employees across EMEA and Japan, ensuring a seamless employee experience.

You will support stakeholders with advice on employment, policies, performance management, and employee relations, while managing onboarding, payroll coordination, and data analytics across HRIS. Strong confidentiality and independent work style are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ of relevant experience in HR generalist or operations roles.
• Spoken and written Japanese language.
• Meticulous with an eye for detail and comfortable with administrative duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive HR guidance on employment, policies, performance, employee relations, and employee issues.
• Oversee HR operations, policies, processes, and systems to meet business needs.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding procedures, including exit interviews and payroll arrangements.
• Coordinate with external vendors to process payroll and provide monthly headcount and payroll reports to Finance.
• Ensure timely employee benefits administration and data accuracy in HRIS.
