Job summary

TitanX is expanding its HR team at the Opole plant and seeks an HR Generalist to manage daily HR operations, payroll, recruitment, onboarding and employee development. You will work closely with the local HR team and Global HR to drive compliant processes and positive employee relations.

The role offers a broad HR remit in an international manufacturing setting, with opportunities to contribute to employer branding and global HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience as a generalist HR role or HR admin with payroll responsibilities
• Knowledge of Polish labour law and payroll regulations
• Experience in recruitment and supporting managers through hiring
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel
• Good command of English; strong organizational and communication skills
• Accurate, independent and proactive approach
• Willingness to develop professionally and contribute to HR projects

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and provide support to employees and managers on HR matters
• Handle personnel administration and prepare employment documentation
• Process monthly payroll and ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Prepare statutory declarations and settlements for ZUS, PIT, PPK and PFRON
• Coordinate recruitment processes
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
• Identify training needs and coordinate employee training and development
• Prepare HR reports and analyses
• Support employee relations and compliance with Polish labour law and internal HR policies
• Participate in local and global HR projects and initiatives
• Support internal communication, employee engagement and employer branding
• Collaborate with local HR team, managers and Global HR

Currently we are looking for HR Generalist to our plant in Opole

Your responsibilities

• Managing day to day HR operations and providing support to employees and managers on HR related matters
• Managing personnel administration and preparing employment related documentation
• Processing monthly payroll and ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations
• Preparing statutory declarations and settlements related to ZUS, PIT, PPK and PFRON

• Cooperating with the local HR team, managers and Global HR

Our requirements

• Previous experience in a generalist HR role or a combination of HR administration, payroll and recruitment responsibilities.
• Practical knowledge of personnel administration and Polish labour law.
• Hands-on experience in payroll processing and knowledge of Polish payroll and social security regulations.
• Experience in recruitment and supporting managers throughout the hiring process.
• Good command of MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Accuracy, independence and a proactive approach
• Willingness to develop professionally and contribute to a broad range of HR activities.

Optional

• Knowledge of Comarch ERP Optima would be an advantage.
