CWS Hygiene Poland is seeking a Senior HR Generalist in Warsaw to lead day‑to‑day HR operations and partner with managers on people strategies.

You will support payroll with our external provider, manage employee data and policies, and drive HR projects across regions. English fluency and Polish labor‑law knowledge are essential for success.

The role offers a full‑time, permanent contract with a broad benefits package including medical care and a lunch card.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, Management, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in HR.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Good knowledge of Polish labor law and payroll-related HR processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze HR data.

About The Role

As a Senior HR Generalist, you will be the go-to HR contact for managers and employees. You will keep day-to-day HR operations running smoothly, support payroll with our external provider, and act as a trusted business partner who helps shape how our teams work and grow.

What you will do

What we are looking for
