Job summary

ABB Installation Products Inc. seeks a senior Enterprise HR Architect to define and govern the HR domain architecture across the enterprise, ensuring a coherent, secure, and scalable HR technology landscape that supports a consistent employee experience while enabling decentralized business needs.

Reporting to the Global Head IS Enterprise Architecture, you will drive Workday architecture, data integration patterns, governance, and end-to-end HR domain roadmaps in a hybrid, multi-country

Qualifications

• 7+ years in architecture or senior HR technology roles.
• Strong experience in HR systems and platforms (e.g. Workday).
• Experience with HR integrations (identity, payroll, finance).
• Understanding of Privacy and regulatory considerations for HR data.
• Experience in and understanding HR processes and operating models.
• Proven experience in large, decentralized or federated enterprises.
• Experience in functional capability modeling, SaaS and packaged application landscapes and cross-domain dependency management.
• Strong executive communication and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• HR Domain Architecture & Target State, including HR capability mapping.
• HR Architecture Principles and Guardrails.
• HR Integration & Data Architecture and Data Distribution Patterns.
• Solution Architecture Reviews and Assessments.
• HR Domain Roadmap aligned to enterprise strategy and HR Technology Roadmap.
• Up to date architecture documentation in EA tools (e.g. Ardoq).
• Serving as the end-to-end architect for the Workday landscape, ensuring the total solution is coherent, fit-for-purpose, and aligned with strategy.
• Continuously reviewing the Workday footprint to identify overlap, gaps, and consolidation opportunities.
