Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8+ years in Enterprise Architecture or related roles, with at least 3 years in practice enablement or governance.
• Proven experience implementing EA frameworks, tools, and governance processes in a global organization.
• Experience in decentralized, multi-domain, or federated operating models.

Responsibilities

• Define, operate, and continuously improve the enterprise architecture governance framework, standards, and compliance mechanisms.
• Balance enterprise coherence with domain and product team agility; embed EA rules in the operating model.
• Develop EA practice standards, governance processes, and methodologies (e.g., TOGAF).
• Drive community-building and adoption of EA tools and repositories across domains.
