Job summary

Nokia is seeking a People Data Analytics and Reporting specialist in Poland to transform HR data into actionable insights using Power BI. You will develop dashboards, model data, and automate workflows to support strategic decisions across the organization.

The role requires 3+ years in data analytics, strong Power BI and SQL skills, and the ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a data analysis, BI, or people analytics role
• Strong Power BI proficiency with DAX and data modeling
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience translating stakeholders' needs into data solutions
• Experience with Power Automate for automated workflows
• SQL experience for data extraction and manipulation

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports using HR data
• Analyze HR data to identify root causes and insights
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into data solutions
• Develop data models in Power BI for complex analytical needs
• Automate HR processes and data workflows with Power Automate
• Collaborate with team as part of monthly activities or on projects
