Veeco Instruments is seeking a motivated HR Data Analyst to join our Human Resources team. The role focuses on transforming data into insights to support better decisions, stronger processes, and an improved employee experience.

You will provide analytics across HR, maintain data integrity, and develop reports and dashboards for leadership. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field with at least two years of experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with HRIS platforms

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business analytics, information systems, or a related field with at least two years’ experience.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.
• Experience with HR systems and data reporting preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.

Aufgaben

• Maintain HR data systems accuracy and reliability, including SuccessFactors and SAP.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and analyses across HR areas such as compensation, benefits, learning, performance, and recruitment.
• Analyze workforce trends and HR metrics to inform business decisions and planning.
• Collaborate with HR to understand reporting needs and streamline processes.
• Conduct data validation, auditing, and cleansing to ensure data integrity across platforms.
• Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations for HR leadership and stakeholders.
• Support recurring and ad hoc analytics requests.
• Document and improve procedural workflows.
• Assist with HR projects and process improvements as assigned.
