Hard Rock Digital is seeking an HR Tech & Data Specialist to support the operation, improvement, and development of People technology and data capabilities. You’ll manage day-to-day HR systems, data management, reporting, and analytics to ensure accuracy, reliability, and fit-for-purpose processes.

Working with the HR Tech & Analytics Manager, you’ll help optimise systems, automate workflows, and provide essential data governance and reporting to support the People team across the organisation.

• Experience working with HR systems and processes.
• High level of attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver work accurately to deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential people information with discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR systems administration and support for core HR systems and related applications.
• Assist in maintaining system data, workflows, and organizational structures within defined parameters.
• Support system enhancements, upgrades, releases and new functionality.
• Conduct system testing and user acceptance testing.
• Investigate system issues and coordinate resolution with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain system documentation and knowledge materials; support projects and integrations.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve People processes.
