Qualifications

Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, HR Business Partner to join our team. This position will work on a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company’s success. Responsibilities

• Prepare reports and analyze data for information reporting and management decision making;
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends;
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team on recruitment goals and strategies for assigned departments; and
• Develop and present employee and management trainings;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably as an HR Generalist, Employee Relations, or HR Business Partner capacity;
• Working knowledge of Polish employment law and HR practices; and
• Fluent in Polish and strong professional proficiency in English.
