Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required
• 3+ years of HR experience preferred (HR Generalist/Employee Relations/HR Business Partner)
• Fluent Polish and strong professional English required

Responsibilities

• Advise management and employees on interpretation of policies and procedures
• Conduct investigations and facilitate terminations in partnership with management
• Collaborate with Managers to resolve employee relations issues
• Prepare reports and analyze data for management decision making
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on recruitment goals and strategies for departments
• Develop and present employee and management trainings
