Job summary

IMI plc is hiring an HR Business Partner in Poland to serve as a trusted advisor to leaders across Finance, IT, Procurement, and Supply Chain. You will provide end-to-end HR support and collaborate with the international HR community to drive people strategies.

You will partner with local leaders, implement workforce solutions, and shape organizational effectiveness while championing IMI’s culture and values. This hybrid role offers opportunities for growth and development.

Role Overview

As an HR Business Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders across Finance, IT, Procurement, and Supply Chain.

Working closely with local leaders, you will provide end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle while collaborating with the wider international HR community and Group functions.

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
