Job summary

IMI plc in Poland is seeking an HR Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor to business leaders across Finance, IT, Procurement, and Supply Chain. You will provide end-to-end HR support through the employee lifecycle while collaborating with the international HR community and Group functions.

You will drive employee engagement, assist with workforce planning and organizational change, and ensure compliance with HR policies and employment laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Role Overview

As an HR Business Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders across Finance, IT, Procurement, and Supply Chain.

Working closely with local leaders, you will provide end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle while collaborating with the wider international HR community and Group functions.

• Partner with managers and employees to support business goals through effective people solutions.
• Advise leaders on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
• Support workforce planning, organizational change, and business transformation initiatives.
• Lead employee engagement, retention, and development activities.
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence and HR stakeholders to deliver high-quality HR services.

Critical Competencies for Success

• Experience as an HR Business Partner or within an HR function.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices across the employee lifecycle.
• Solid business acumen and the ability to translate business needs into people solutions.
• Ability to build strong relationships and provide practical guidance to managers.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with HR data.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.
• Communicative English language skills.
• Knowledge of HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Openness to change and continuous development.
• Curiosity about the use of digital tools.

Nice to Have

• Strong knowledge of HR systems such as Workday or SAP.

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
