Job summary

Strada is hiring for a Benefits Administration role supporting clients’ employees across the EMEA region. You will handle data entry, case resolution, and process improvements while coordinating with clients and Strada teams.

The role requires English at C1 level and at least 1 year in benefits or HR administration, with strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency. A fast-paced, detail-oriented mindset will help you succeed in a global environment.

Qualifications

• English language at C1 level or higher (CEFR)
• At least 1 year of experience in Benefits Administration/ HR Administration/Payroll
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent attention to detail and customer experience-focused mindset
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel
• Experience with Benifex or SAP HR is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own benefits administration for clients' employees in EMEA
• Enter benefits data and resolve cases in the system
• Collaborate with clients to handle project-related requests
• Contribute to process and system design for better benefits support
• Support project delivery with standard PM practices
• Interact daily with colleagues, providers, and client contacts
• Create and analyze reports to meet client plan rules
• Assist in testing and transition activities as required

Job Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the benefits administration for client’s employees located in EMEA region
• Resolve cases and enter benefits data in the system for our client’s employees
• Collaborate with the client to resolve requests they may have related to a project or an escalated employee issue
• Provide input in the process design and technology capabilities to ensure optimal process support from a benefits perspective
• Contribute to projects utilizing standard project management disciplines
• Work daily with other Strada Colleagues, third-party providers, and client contacts to ensure seamless process delivery for our clients’ employees
• Work on reports utilizing various data extraction tools to meet client plan rules and/or resolve issues.
• Work with Excel Calculation sheets
• Problem solving issues by analyzing system data to determine gaps in functionality as compared to client plan rules to arrive at the true root cause of an issue.
• Demonstrate quality assurance fundamentals by executing test plans to ensure client plan rules meet systematic specifications
• Provide creative solutions to continuously improve and optimize client delivery
• Participate in system testing during Internal Acceptance Testing and supporting User Acceptance Testing, as required
• Take an active part in Process Transition from Client to Strada office, as required

Requirements

• English Language – C1 Level is required (CEFR scale or equivalent)
• At least 1 year of experience in Benefits Administration/HR Administration/Payroll area
• Extensive analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to details
• Good understanding of delivering an outstanding customer experience
• High level exposure in fast paced environment
• Great Time management skills
• Experience in MS Office is a must
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel
• Working experience in Benifex system or SAP HR would be an asset
• High level of self-motivation and proactivity is required
• Spotless record and strong ethos
