Job summary

NuBreed Hotels Ltd's EventBeds division in Kielce, Poland, is seeking a Group Reservations Consultant to support our events team with hotel bookings, allocations, and cancellations.

The role is office-based but offers remote work one or two days a week after training and probation. It is a full-time position with Monday–Friday hours.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (min. B2)

• Experience in travel/hospitality/events a plus

THE ROLE: Group Reservations Consultant

As a Group Reservations Consultant, you will be part of the Operations Team supporting our customer success team with the needs of event organisers, VIP’s and general attendees to organise their hotel bookings and liaise with hotels for allocations, rooming lists, amendments and cancellations. Reporting to the Group Reservations Team Leader, the role is office‑based (Kielce, Poland) but following the successful completion of training and probation there is the opportunity to work remotely one or two days a week. This is a full‑time role working Monday – Friday (flexible hours during day).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Have and maintain the knowledge required to operate the company’s group booking and ticketing systems.
• Have a detailed knowledge of, and always adhere to, the current operations policies of the company as published from time to time.
• Follow the appropriate operating procedures to process incoming enquiries.
• Deliver exceptional customer service when booking client accommodation or liaising with clients in any way (both individual and group bookings).
• Work with the Hotel Revenues team to acquire allocation blocks from hotels.
• Coordinate with and support other team members as needed from time to time.
• Maintain accurate records by keeping the ticketing and booking systems up to date at all times.
• Achieve KPI’s against objectives as agreed from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

• Speak and write fluently in English Language - minimum B2 level
• Ability to learn quickly
• Experience working within the travel, hotel, concierge, or events industry a plus
• Good verbal and written communication skills
