Job summary

Radisson RED Kraków is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive new business in the local market. You will build meaningful relationships with corporate clients and agencies, promoting the unique RED experience and growing revenue for the hotel and apartments in Kraków.

You’ll collaborate with hotel teams to turn promises into memorable experiences, create tailored proposals, and actively pursue opportunities that position RED as the preferred choice for modern travelers and partners.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel sales or another customer-focused commercial hotel role.
• Experience developing corporate accounts and building long-term partnerships.
• Strong communication, networking and presentation skills.
• Confidence negotiating and influencing decisions.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Fluent Polish and English language skills.
• The ability to spot opportunities where others see obstacles.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies and business partners.
• Generate new revenue streams and grow market share.
• Present, promote and sell the unique RED experience.
• Create compelling commercial proposals tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements.
• Represent Radisson RED Hotel & Radisson RED Apartments Kraków at networking events, industry functions and sales activities.
• Keep your finger on the pulse of the local market and emerging trends.
• Collaborate with operational teams to ensure clients receive an experience that exceeds expectations.
• Support the overall commercial success of the hotel while bringing fresh ideas and energy to the business.
