Job summary

Radisson RED Kraków is seeking a Receptionist / Host to welcome guests, guide self-check-in, and share what’s happening in Kraków.

You will connect with guests, create memorable moments, and support Front Office with energy and a vibrant RED spirit.

Fluency in Polish and English, a friendly personality and comfort with technology will help you thrive in our dynamic hotel team.

Qualifications

• Polish and English fluency required.
• Experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Comfortable using technology and learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• welcoming Guests with energy, personality and a genuine sense of hospitality,
• guiding Guests through self-check-in and check-out on kiosks and at the reception desk, making the RED journey seamless from the very beginning, sharing what's happening in Kraków, helping Guests discover the best of the city,
• building connections and creating memorable moments that Guests will want to talk about and share,
• solving problems before they become problems and finding creative solutions whenever needed,
• collaborating with colleagues across the hotel to ensure every Guest experience feels smooth and effortless,
• supporting Front Office operations and helping keep the hotel buzzing with positive energy,
• bringing the RED spirit to life through every conversation, recommendation and interaction.
