Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or preferred in Education or related field.
• RI teaching certificate in Secondary Special Education is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with families and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized and individualized instruction for students with disabilities per IEP.
• Document student progress, prepare lesson plans, and communicate with parents and professionals.
• Develop IEPs for students based on evaluations and individual needs; lead IEP team for assigned caseload.
