Job summary

Maersk Global Service Centres in Warsaw is seeking a Hebrew-speaking Customs FINOPS Associate to join the customs team with a strong financial operations focus. You will support vendor invoices, profitability follow-up, credit requests, and matching unrecognised invoices to files, gaining broad insight into customs, finance and international logistics.

Qualifications

• Hebrew speaking or fluency for communication with stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
• Good organisation and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Confidence using systems and working with data.
• Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn.
• Interest in customs, finance, logistics or global trade.

Responsibilities

• Managing inbound and outbound invoice processes
• Supporting file profitability follow-up
• Handling credit request activities
• Matching unrecognised invoices to the correct operational files
• Following up on customer deposit credits from shipping lines
• Working with other back-office teams on missing costs and revenue
• Supporting administrative and operational tasks within the Customs organisation
