Job summary

Oasis Health Partners seeks a Principal Data Scientist to lead the data and analytics function. You will own predictive modeling end-to-end, build data marts in DBT, and scale ML initiatives across the organization.

Collaboration with executive leadership, operations, clinical teams and product will be essential to drive impact. You will enhance analytics infrastructure, implement MLOps, and develop risk stratification models to improve patient outcomes in value-based care programs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of healthcare analytics experience with hands-on data in real-world settings.
• Strong SQL and Python capabilities for modeling, analysis and productionization.
• Experience building BI dashboards and end-user reporting for clinical teams.
• Ability to translate clinical strategy into analytical deliverables.
• Comfort with ambiguity and fast-changing startup environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the data science function and end-to-end ML model lifecycle.
• Develop data marts in DBT and scale ML implementations across the org.
• Own MLOps to automate deployment and monitoring of models.
• Collaborate with executives, operations, clinical, product, and finance.
• Build analytics models to support dashboards for leadership.
