You will collaborate with stakeholders, translate business problems into data-driven initiatives, and present actionable findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end data science projects.
• Strong expertise with tabular and time-series data, including EDA and feature engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and libraries like pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch.
• Experience leading analytics teams and coordinating with business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical insights to non-technical audiences.
• Fluency in English for international client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end data science projects across data exploration, modeling, deployment, and evaluation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Present complex findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Contribute to analytical planning and align with business objectives.
• Support presales activities with data/ML concepts and scoping estimates.
• Shape the Data Science practice and support recruitment.
