Job summary
Transcarent is seeking a Senior Data Analyst – Health Impact to transform complex healthcare data into actionable insights. You will support health impact modeling, clinical stratification, and population health strategy, partnering with Product, Care Delivery, and Quality leaders to drive data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities include designing analyses, measuring health impact and cost outcomes, and delivering enterprise insights that guide interventions and engagement strategies at scale.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's in Statistics, Mathematics, Health Informatics, CS, Business or related field; Master's preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years in data or business analytics with healthcare exposure.
Responsibilities
- Design and build analyses and models using claims, UM, and member encounters data to support strategic decisions.
- Derive insights from analyses and models to drive initiatives and engagement channels.
- Create reporting to measure impact on health outcomes and cost savings.
- Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Clinical leaders to reflect operational realities in data assets.
- Lead cross-functional KPI development and guardrail metrics for Health Impact.
