Job summary

Outokumpu is seeking an onsite IT Support professional in Poland to provide hands-on end-user device support, manage incidents, IMACD activities, and on-call coverage. You will maintain local network and Wi‑Fi, manage IT assets, and document in the ITSM system while identifying improvements and working with vendors and internal teams.

The role requires 3+ years in IT infrastructure support, a Bachelor’s degree in IT, and fluency in English and Polish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of IT infrastructure support experience.
• Experience with Windows operating systems, Active Directory, SCCM, Intune, and IT asset management.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• Fluent English and Polish, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT support for end-user devices (PCs, laptops, mobile devices, printers, VDI).
• Handle incidents, service requests, IMACD activities, and on-call support per SLAs.
• Support and maintain local network and Wi-Fi infrastructure.
• Manage IT assets, lifecycle activities, procurement, and documentation in ITSM.
• Identify opportunities to improve IT services, user experience, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams, vendors, and end users to deliver reliable IT services.
• Promote IT standards, cybersecurity practices, and safe working environment.

• Identify opportunities to improve IT services, user experience, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams, vendors, and end users to deliver reliable IT services.
• Promote IT standards, cybersecurity best practices, and continuous improvement while maintaining a safe working environment.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure support.
• Experience with Windows operating systems, Active Directory, SCCM, Intune, and IT asset management.
• Good knowledge of desktop, laptop, mobile, VDI, networking, and peripheral technologies.
• Basic knowledge of LAN/WLAN; Linux and Windows Server experience is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally when required.
• Fluent English and Polish, both written and spoken.
