Rolls-Royce Kraków is seeking a Manager Learning Excellence & Global Compliance to oversee global learning programs and compliance across the organisation. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives, govern learning operations, and align with regulators, HR, and engineering to drive scalability and value.

The role requires 10+ years in L&D, quality or compliance in a regulated environment, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to implement data-driven analytics, governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred (Learning, Engineering, Business, Quality, or related field)
• 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Quality, Compliance, or Operational Excellence in a global, regulated environment
• Proven experience leading enterprise‑scale continuous improvement initiatives & methodologies
• Excellent communication, as lead this is about stakeholder communications
• Ability to develop and undertake reporting and analytics and ensure integrity of data

Responsabilités

• Lead learning excellence and CI portfolio aligned with enterprise priorities
• Govern and standardize learning operations, systems, and programs
• Track KPIs, drive cost efficiency, and measure business impact
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, Quality, and Engineering for global compliance
• Provide governance and oversight of global compliance frameworks
• Present updates to ET sponsors and stakeholders
