Job summary

Rolls-Royce plc in Kraków is recruiting a Job Description Manager for Learning Excellence & Compliance. You will lead a portfolio of continuous improvement projects within Learning, shaping standards and best practices, while driving regulatory compliance and governance across global operations.

The role requires extensive experience in Learning, Quality, or Operational Excellence, with strong stakeholder engagement and analytics capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred (Learning, Engineering, Business, Quality, or related field).
• 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Quality, Compliance, or Operational Excellence in a global, regulated environment.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale continuous improvement initiatives & methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement across ET level and at all levels.
• Ability to develop and undertake reporting and analytics while ensuring data privacy where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead Learning Excellence & Continuous Improvement portfolio aligned with enterprise strategy and priorities.
• Establish standards, frameworks, and best practices for learning operations.
• Apply CI methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, Design Thinking) to improve learning processes and impact.
• Define and track learning KPIs and business impact.
• Govern compliance programs and ensure global regulatory adherence across regions.
• Partner with HRIS/LMS and Digital teams to support compliance tracking and analytics.
