Rolls-Royce in Kraków is recruiting a Global Talent Acquisition Lead for Enabling Functions on a 12-month fixed-term contract with hybrid work arrangements. You will partner with senior leaders to translate workforce plans into proactive hiring strategies, ensuring alignment with central TA operations and regional delivery.

The role requires senior stakeholder management, data literacy, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Talent Acquisition partnering within a complex, matrixed organization.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior leadership level.
Balance strategic business partnering with operational delivery.
Data literacy and problem-solving capabilities.
Comfortable working across multiple geographies, cultures, and stakeholder groups.
Excellent communication and English (C1) skills.
Collaborative and relationship-oriented— thrives in cross-functional teams.
Agile and adaptable.
Passionate about talent, diversity, and creating exceptional hiring experiences.

Responsabilités

Act as the primary Talent Acquisition partner for the assigned division or function, building relationships with leadership teams and People Partners.
Translate workforce plans into actionable hiring strategies and advise on market trends.
Collaborate with Regional TA Lead to align divisional hiring with regional capacity and pipelines.
