Drive modernization of existing applications and technology platforms.
Improve engineering quality, reliability, delivery, and scalability.
Coordinate backend, frontend, mobile, and platform engineering functions.

Role summary

Join a fast-growing European enterprise B2B SaaS organization operating across multiple countries and scaling through both organic growth and acquisitions. As Head of Software Engineering, you'll take ownership of a 50+ person distributed engineering organization and work directly with the CTPO to shape engineering strategy, modernize the technology platform, strengthen engineering standards, and prepare the organization for its next stage of growth. This role is particularly suited to engineering leaders who have already managed managers and sizeable distributed teams. We're looking for someone who has owned an engineering organization, rather than a single team or narrow technical function.

Poland-based candidates strongly preferred
Candidates clearly willing and able to relocate to Poland can be considered
